Position Overview:

The Personal Floral & Vintage Shopping Consultant helps clients discover, select, and curate unique floral arrangements and one-of-a-kind vintage clothing pieces tailored to their tastes, occasions, and personal style. This role blends creativity, customer service, and expert eye for detail to create memorable, customized shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, budget, and shopping goals.

β€’ Curate and present personalized selections of flowers or vintage clothing based on client needs.

β€’ Shop on behalf of clientsβ€”either in-store, online, or through private sellers, florists, and vintage boutiques.

β€’ Offer styling advice, color coordination, and occasion-appropriate recommendations.

β€’ Build and maintain relationships with local florists, vintage shops, and specialty vendors.

β€’ Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards before delivering them to the client.

β€’ Manage budgets, invoices, and purchase timelines.

β€’ Stay up-to-date on floral trends, seasonal blooms, vintage fashion eras, and market value of collectible pieces.
